An ancient technology, that teaches how to live a happy and healthy life, for at least 100 years. When practiced correctly, Yoga tunes the body, awakens energy, harmonizes breath, calms the mind, regulates emotions, increases intellect, improves intuition and renews the spirit.
We offer Akhanda Yoga and teach to all abilities, in a variety of styles. Every class is suitable, for every student; beginner and experienced.
There are no prerequisites to practice Yoga.
If you are breathing, you can do it!
Our classes honour ancient wisdom, address body, mind, soul and are always therapeutic.
We are registered with Yoga Alliance,
have completed thousands of hours of Yoga teacher training,
hold a Masters of Science and are working toward a PhD.
